I’ve spent a lot of my life helping people feel better and enjoy their life. Yet, I had to walk that same journey myself first. When I was younger, I struggled with anxiety. It was feeling the crippling effects of these issues that started me on the journey for answers. After working with several therapists and seeing little to no results, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s when I began to study the science behind how and why we feel the way we do. I’ve seen several therapist with no results. How are you different?
First, let me say I understand. I had the same experience myself which is what caused me to go into this field. Secondly, I can say my approach is very different. I don’t want you to lay on my couch or have to work with me for years before you see results.
My approach is centered on getting you results quickly by using the tools that neuroscience gives us. My focus is helping you fill your toolbox with resources that you can begin using now to help your issues so that you don’t need people like me in the future.
I’m just going through a hard time right now. Do I really need a therapist?
While every person is different, I believe almost everyone needs someone to talk to at some point in their life. A good therapist will provide support and help you to make meaningful progress through whatever you might be facing right now. Like sturdy braces on long bridges, we all need strong supports as we go through our lives. That’s why I’m here.
Do I have to come to your office to see you?
No. We can speak over the phone for your session time so you can relax and stay safe.
Do you see children?
Yes. I’ve worked with many children with multiple issues over my career. If your child is seeking support, simply schedule a consultation.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, at this time, no. Doing battle with insurance companies is something that we are unable to support. We will however provide you with the documentation you need to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
